Kim DuMont is the program officer at the William T. Grant Foundation. Dr. DuMont is skilled researcher, and she has gained important insights from her work in state government. Her knowledge will help assure that our program is relevant to policy and practice. Prior to joining the Foundation in August 2011, Dr. DuMont spent seven years as a consultant and then research scientist with the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, where she worked on the evaluation of the Healthy Families New York (HFNY) intervention. She has also held several research positions—most recently, at the New Jersey Medical School and New York University—and was an NIMH Predoctoral Fellow. She earned her doctorate in community psychology from New York University.
